What Do We Do
We are a National Real Estate Investment firm who specializes in buying and selling notes. We are looking for ultra motivated individuals to now join our acquisitions team, have fun and get paid for bringing properties in to our system.
How Do We Buy
We Purchase Notes Nationwide...Purchasing the mortgage notes enables us to Stop the foreclosure process, give the seller an automatic waiver of deficiency, get the seller cash even if they are behind on payments and over financed. This also bypasses the lengthy short sale process.
Types Of Properties We Want
Pre-Foreclosure Single Family Houses, Townhouses and Condos:
The property must be at least 1 payment behind. We do Not buy foreclosed, bank owned properties.
High End Executive Homes, Mansions, Estates etc:
The property must have a mortgage balance of At Least $1Mil to qualify as a high end house lead. Luxury townhouses and condo units are also acceptable!
Types Of Properties We Don't Want
We won't accept rehab properties. A few minor repairs are ok but no fixers. The property must be in sellable condition.
No commercial properties. The property needs to be a single family residence. We may except multi family properties on a case by case basis.
No raw/vacant land.

We want properties from specific lenders as we already have a working relationship with those lenders for purchasing bulk portfolios from them. Below is our current list of lenders we work with. We do add new lenders periodically and you will be notified with new lender additions in the members area.

What We Pay
For Non-Licensed Individuals: Payment for referrals are set at 2% of the purchase price of the note!
For Licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers: Payment for referrals are set at 2% of the purchase price of the note PLUS 6% of the gross sales price when the property you send us is your own listing and you bring in our closing buyer!!
What Is Required To Send In Property Leads
All that is required to send us your leads is to gather the initial property information from the one page questionnaire you will receive in the members area! Thats It!! You just get the initial information, send it to us and we do all the heavy lifting then send you a check after the transaction finalizes!
