Getting Your Referal Fee
1. Houses in acceptable areas pay $250 to $750 for each property.
2. You'll receive an additional $1,000 bonus upon purchase of the 3rd house from your leads and $1,000 more with every 3 houses thereafter. 3. Referal fee's will only be paid if the deal closes.
* All leads will be paid within 14 days of closing. Do not expect a check at the same time as you deliver the leads. *We recommend leads to be delivered at least once weekly and preferably the day of or the day after you acquire them.
